Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Terms of Purchase ("Terms of Purchase") govern your purchases of products and services available on axksm.com/ ("Company Pages" or "Pages"). The Company Pages are operated by axksm.com ("the Company"). Your use of the Company Pages and these terms are also governed by the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

PURCHASES Order Management The Company may, at its discretion, choose not to process or to cancel your order. This may occur if the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock, incorrectly priced, if we suspect fraud, or under other circumstances deemed appropriate by the Company. The Company also reserves the right to verify your identity before processing your order. The Company will not charge you or will refund fees for orders that we do not process or that we cancel.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) withdraw any offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotions, product descriptions or specifications, or any other information, without obligation to notify you of such changes (including after an order has been submitted, confirmed, shipped, or received, unless prohibited by law).

Description of Products and Services The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Pages. However, the Company does not warrant that descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Company Pages does not match its description, your sole remedy will be to return the item in accordance with these Terms of Purchase.

The Company Pages may offer a "quick preview" feature for certain products, allowing you to view pricing information and add the item to your cart without opening the product page. This feature, along with the "Add to Cart" feature, is provided solely for your convenience. The product page provides more detailed information regarding the product, its origin, features, and pricing.

Pricing Information The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for products and services on the Company Pages. However, we cannot guarantee that prices are entirely correct. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, not to process or to cancel an order for a product or service whose price was incorrectly listed due to an error. If this occurs, the Company will inform you by email. The Company also reserves the right to correct any detailed pricing errors at its discretion.

Availability of Products and Services The Company Pages may contain information regarding product availability. This information is used to estimate the likelihood that a product will be shipped immediately after your order. The estimated delivery date to your destination address for a product is approximately 30 days or less following successful payment. This may vary due to stock shortages, weather conditions, carrier transit time, destination address, etc.

Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that a product marked as "in stock" will ship immediately, as inventory levels can vary significantly from day to day. It is rare for a product or service to be available when a customer places an order but sold out by the time the Company attempts to process it. If this happens, the Company will notify you by email and remove the product from your order. Offers for out-of-stock services are generally no longer available.

Special Disclaimers and Other Obligations In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased on the website: (a) products and services purchased on the website may not include manufacturer warranties; (b) may not include service or support options; (c) may not include instructions, manuals, or safety information in your native language or certain target languages; (d) may not be designed according to the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) may not comply with voltage and other electrical standards in your jurisdiction (which may require an adapter or converter).

It is your responsibility, and you hereby agree, to inspect the product to ensure that it meets your needs and can be legally imported into your jurisdiction.

Taxes You are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the authorities of the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including, but not limited to, sales or use taxes, VAT, or customs duties.
